為提倡環保，越來越多民宿、背包客棧不再提供清潔用品跟毛巾(但有些仍會提供共用的洗髮精跟沐浴乳)。
可以去大賣場或是金玉堂購買底下這種小瓶子來裝沐浴乳或是洗髮精，平底小盒子可以拿來裝牙膏跟洗面乳，每個大概10塊左右很便宜。（照片擷取自網路）
To promote environmentally friendly policy, more and more Taiwan's Minsu (hotel) & hostels don't provide disposable toiletries such as tooth brush/tooth paste/towel...etc. I will suggest backpackers to use some little bottles like below photos to bring some shampoo/tooth paste /body wash with you (these little bottles can be purchased from Taiwan's bookstores or supermarket. Each price is about NT10.)

內褲可以買紙內褲（免洗內褲）或是帶舊內褲，邊穿邊丟減輕行李負擔。免洗內褲全聯、大賣場都可以買到，還有分size (S, L, M...etc)
襪子可以穿糖果襪，易乾。

夏季可用來防曬，冬季還可用來保暖。去高山那種溫度低的地方，有沒有遮臉真的保暖度差很大。

因為台灣冬季少雨的關係，所以空氣都會乾乾的，到了高山這種現象會更加明顯，所以強烈建議沒帶潤膚乳也要記得帶護脣膏。有次我就是在冬季的時候上到塔塔加，嘴唇乾到嘴巴都可以嚐到血的味道，連拍照也無法開口大笑。（很慘）

12. Motorcycle raincoat機車雨衣
不要買輕便雨衣來穿，因為輕便雨衣實在是太清飄了，騎車的時候如果跟旁車靠太近，很容易因為雨衣被捲入車輪而發生意外。
13. Cash, credit card現金、信用卡
高山或偏僻地方的住宿跟消費都是用現金，且當地 ATM可能不普及，建議隨身還是帶個3~4000為佳
In country area, paying by cash is still the most common way. ATM is very rare at Taiwan's mountain area. If you are going there for travelling, I will suggest you to bring at least NT3~4000 for accommodation & food.
